Ocean Boxes accepts returns under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Return Shipping must be tracked and the tracking number provided to us. 

• If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued for the item’s purchase price only.

• The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
